Herran: <br /> California Integrated Waste Management Board (Board) staff <br /> conducted an inspection of the French Camp Landfill on September <br /> 15, 1994, to assess compliance of the facility prior to <br /> consideration of the proposed solid waste facilities permit <br /> (SWFP) by the Board' s Permitting and Enforcement Committee on <br /> October 19, 1994 . Carol Oz of your agency was present for the <br /> inspection. The facility was evaluated for compliance with <br /> applicable sections of the PRC and Title 14, California Code of <br /> Regulations (CCR) . Enclosed is a copy of the State Inspection <br /> Report for your records . Please note that a copy has been <br /> forwarded to the facility operator. <br /> The following violations of Division 30 of the PRC and Title 14 <br /> of the CCR were documented during the inspection: <br /> PRC 44014 (b) - SWFP germs and Conditions <br /> 14 CCR 17607 - Periodic Site Review <br /> 14 CCR 17258.29 - Record Keeping <br /> In addition, the following areas of concern were documented: <br /> 14 CCR 17710 - Grading of Fill Surfaces <br /> 14 CCR 17709 - Contact with Water <br /> 14 CCR 17705 - Gas Control <br /> 14 CCR 17708 - Drainage and Erosion Control <br /> 14 CCR 17258.23 - Gas Control <br /> Please document the operator' s progress in correcting the above <br /> violations and areas of concern on your monthly SWIS inspection <br /> reports .
