Landfill' #39-AA-0001 <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division (EHD) received a <br /> Green Waste Alternative Daily Cover (GWADC) plan from the City of <br /> Stockton, Department of Public Works (COS) . The plan dated <br /> September 30, 1995 (revised October 24, 1995) requests initiation <br /> of an ADC project at French Camp (FCL) and Austin Rd. Landfills <br /> (ARL) using shredded green waste from FCL as daily cover for both. <br /> The green waste at FCL will be shredded there and hauled to ARL to <br /> be applied as daily cover. The intent is to reduce the amount of <br /> soil cover required for waste cover at both sites and reduce the <br /> amount of waste landfilled at FCL. <br /> EHD approves the GWADC revised plan per California Code of <br /> Regulations, Title 14 (14 CCR) , Div. 7, Sections 17258.21(b) and <br /> 17682 and LEA Advisory No. 19. The project may begin on November <br /> 2, 1995 and continue for one year or end at the discretion of EHD. <br /> All procedures outlined in the plan must be followed. Any <br /> violation of performance standards require an immediate return to <br /> soil daily cover as specified in CCR 14, Section 18311. <br /> EHD will monitor the GWADC project at both landfills. A monitoring <br /> plan and all required reports will be submitted to the California <br /> Integrated Waste Management Board (CIWMB) regarding this project. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
