Addendum information regarding these plans (received from the City of Stockton, <br /> October 21, 1994) was reviewed by EHD staff. Areas of concern are as follows: <br /> MONITORING AND REPORTING <br /> 1. Submittal of an Emergency Response Plan as specified in the California Code Of Regulations, Title 14, Chapter 3, Article 7.8, <br /> Section 17766 will be required as part of the Final Closure Plan. <br /> 2. If methane gas exceeds compliance levels required by CCR 14, Section 17783(a), a gas control system must be constructed. <br /> 3. Leachate monitoring is required as specified in CCR 14, Section 17781. <br /> a <br /> FINAL COVER <br /> 1. Information regarding specific locations from whence cover soils come and proof that these soils are non-hazardous must be <br /> submitted to EHD prior to use as Final Cover. <br /> 2. Information on Brommus Mollus grass species to be used as final vegetative cover is inconsistant with root depth requirements <br /> of no more than 12" specified in CCR 14, Section 17779. <br /> EHD approves French Camp Landfill's Preliminary Closure and Postclosure Plan condition to the above areas of concern being <br /> addressed in the Final Closure Plan. <br /> If you have any questions please contact Carol Oz, Senior REHS, at (209) 468-3440. <br /> Ernest M.
