EI Dorado <br />Stockton, CA 95202 <br />Re: French Camp Landfill Subtitle D Requirements - Performance Standards <br />As per our phone conversation, due to the implementation of Subtitle D, six inches <br />of compacted soil must be applied to all landfill waste at the end of each operating <br />day. Subtitle D requirements must be initiated by October 9, 1993. Performance <br />standards will no longer be allowed after this date. Please refer to the Emergency <br />Regulations adopted July 12, 1993, Title 14, Section 17258.21. <br />Alternative cover is still an option under the Subtitle D regulations.
