Our Dept. has never received a letter or notice concerning <br />this new policy which greatly impacts our County. <br />2. We have set enforcement procedures outlined in our EPP which includes Listing <br />Non -complying facilities and notifying the ClWMB. Best Enforcement procedure <br />would be using Non -complying list towards end of enforcement strategy and not the <br />beginning. We consider listing the facilities as hard enforcement action especially if <br />we are expected to revoke the permit. There should be prelinary action before <br />starting the permit revoktion procedures. <br />3. "When should the 90 day notice be issued be issued ? When the LEA <br />4. Administrative Hearing is scheduled for Fr. Camp landfill on Jan. 14 to discuss <br />the situation with them. <br />
