A reinspection may also be conducted by the <br />Board after 90 days of receipt of this letter. If, at that time, <br />the facility is still in violation of the above standard, the <br />facility will be scheduled for inclusion in the Inventory. <br />If you receive notice that your facility is to be included in the <br />Inventory you may either: <br />1.
