Project Title: French Camp Landfill Alternative Daily Cover Demonstration Project <br />CEQA Exemption File No.: CE152-93 <br />Applicant: City of Stockton <br />f Project Description/Location: The project is a one year study to determine the <br />effectiveness of the synthetic blanket, Covertech C-440, as an alternative daily <br />0, cover for French Camp Landfill. The blanket will be applied at the end of day <br />n & removed at the beginning of the next day. The Local Enforcement Agency, SJC <br />"w Environmental Health Division, will monitor the performance of Covertech C-440 <br />' for its ability to control vectors, odors, & litter, reduce fire hazard <br />potential, & minimize moisture infiltration & erosion.
