Appear before the Board to present any evidence you believe <br />was not considered on the day of the re -inspection that may <br />have a bearing on staff's findings and exclude this facility <br />from the inventory. The request to appear must be made, in <br />writing, to the Board` no later than ten working days after <br />receiving the results of the reinspection. <br />All facilities included in the Inventory have one year to correct <br />the violation(s).
