The results of water quality analyses completed for surface-water monitoring stations are
generally consistent with previous results. During the fourth quarter 2007 monitoring period, no
CL exceedances were noted for surface water samples collected during the fourth quarter 2007
monitoring period. Trend analysis indicates that turbidity at surface water stations SW-1, SW-2,
and SW-3 depict statistically significant increasing trends. Given that turbidity exhibits a
statistically significant increasing trend at background surface water stations SW-1 and SW-2,
the increasing trend in turbidity at SW-3 is unlikely to be indicative of an impact from the
facility.
A total of seven VOCs were detected in the samples from soil-pore gas monitoring probes during
the fourth quarter 2007 monitoring period, with the sample from probe SGP-3 containing the
highest total concentration of VOCs. No methane was detected in soil-pore gas monitoring
probes during the current monitoring period.
If you have any questions regarding this report, please call me at(858) 451-1136.
Sincerely,
Wi Liam B. o ez, PG, CHg
Project Geo ist
Attachment
C:\2007-00444ou m Itr_4Q07.doc _
GeoLogic Associates
