1.12 ug/L. bis(2-Ethylhexyl)phthalate is a common laboratory contaminant often present in
sampling devices and laboratory containers. Chloroform was detected at background well MW-
6A at a concentration (0.81 ug/L) above the laboratory PQL. Chloroform has previously been
detected at MW-6A at concentrations ranging from 0.10 ug/L to 0.33 ug/L, but these detections
were not confirmed during subsequent sampling events. Trichlorofluoromethane was detected at
MW-9A at a concentration (0.61 ug/L) above the laboratory PQL. Trichlorofluoromethane has
previously been detected at MW-9A at concentrations ranging from 0.14 ug/L to 5.2 ug/L.
Piper diagrams of the first and third quarter 2008 results for the groundwater monitoring wells are
included in Appendix F. Hydrographs of the groundwater monitoring wells, illustrating historic
groundwater elevations, well screen elevations, and pump intake elevations, are included in
Appendix G.
