1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> On behalf of Forward, Inc. (Forward), Geo-Logic Associates (GLA) has prepared this <br /> monitoring report for the closed French Camp Landfill,located on Manthey Road in San <br /> Joaquin County, California. This report was prepared in compliance with the <br /> requirements of the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) <br /> Monitoring and Reporting Program Order No. R5-2007-0046. This semiannual report <br /> presents the results of water quality monitoring and summarizes field activities completed <br /> at the French Camp Landfill between January 1 and June 30, 2013. In addition,the <br /> analytical results for the five-year constituents of concern (COC) monitoring event are <br /> included in this report. <br /> Monitoring Network <br /> The detection monitoring program(DMP) network at the French Camp Landfill currently <br /> includes six groundwater monitoring wells,two piezometers, one leachate monitoring <br /> well,three surface water monitoring stations, two stream gauging stations, and eight soil- <br /> pore gas monitoring probes. No notices of violation or areas of concern were identified during the <br /> inspections. Completed inspection forms are presented in Appendix A. <br /> Weekly site visits were conducted by French Camp Landfill personnel during the <br /> monitoring period. Records of the French Camp Landfill inspections are on file at the <br /> Republic Services Forward Landfill Field Office. Weekly site visit summary reports for <br /> the monitoring period are also presented in Appendix A.
