Water Quality Monitoring Report
French Camp Landfill
The results of water quality analyses completed during the 2014 monitoring year from the
surface water monitoring stations are generally consistent with previous results. During the
first semiannual 2014 monitoring period, chloroform and bromodichloromethane were
measured at quantifiable concentrations, and dibromochloromethane was measured at a trace
concentration in the sample from SW-3. However, no VOCs were detected in retest samples
collected at surface water station SW-3. During the second semiannual 2014 monitoring
period, no VOCs were measured at quantifiable concentrations in the surface water samples
collected. A comparison of upstream (SW-1 and SW-2) to downstream (SW-3) surface water
samples during the 2014 monitoring year indicates generally similar inorganic constituent
concentrations between upstream and downstream surface water monitoring locations.
6.4 Soil-Pore Gas
Field screening results from soil-pore gas monitoring probes indicate that no methane was
measured in soil-pore gas monitoring probes during the 2014 monitoring year.
6.5 Compliance Record
During the 2014 monitoring year, no NOVs were issued by the LEA or CalRecycle and the site is
currently in compliance.
7.0 REFERENCES
California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region, 2007, "Order No. R5-
2007-0046 Waste Discharge Requirements for Forward Inc.
