Water Quality Monitoring Report <br /> French Camp Landfill <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> On behalf of Forward, Inc. (Forward), Geo-Logic Associates (GLA) prepared this monitoring <br /> report for the closed French Camp Landfill, located on Manthey Road in San Joaquin County, <br /> California. This report was prepared in compliance with the requirements of the Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) Monitoring and Reporting Program Order No. <br /> 115-2007-0046. This semiannual report presents the results of water quality monitoring and <br /> summarizes field activities completed at the French Camp Landfill during the July through <br /> December 2016 monitoring period, and also presents an annual summary for the site. <br /> 1.1 Monitoring Network <br /> The detection monitoring program (DMP) network at the French Camp Landfill currently <br /> includes six groundwater monitoring wells, two piezometers, one leachate monitoring well, <br /> three surface water monitoring stations, two stream gauging stations, and eight perimeter soil- <br /> pore gas monitoring probes. The locations of the DMP network stations are shown on Figures 1 <br /> and 2 and summarized in the following table. <br /> MONITORING POINT MONITORING POINT I.D. <br /> DMP Groundwater Monitoring <br /> Wells—Background MW-6A,MW-7A <br /> DMP Groundwater Monitoring <br /> MW 8A, MW-9A, MW-96, MW-10A <br /> Wells—Compliance <br /> Piezometers MW-5, MW-76 <br /> Leachate Monitoring Well MW-2 <br /> Soil-Pore Gas Probes SGP-1A,SGP-2A,SGP-3,SPG-4A,SGP-5A, <br /> SGP-6A,SGP-7A,SGP-8A <br /> Surface water Stations SW-1,SW-2,and SW-3 <br /> Stream Gauging Stations SG-1 and SG-2 <br /> In accordance with WDR Order No. 115-2007-0046, soil-pore gas and groundwater monitoring <br /> are performed semiannually with quarterly determination of groundwater and surface water <br /> elevations. <br /> 2.0 STANDARD OBSERVATIONS <br /> The California Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (Cal Recycle) conducted <br /> quarterly site inspections at the French Camp Landfill on September 23 and November 30, <br /> 2016. No notices of violation were identified during the inspections. Completed inspection <br /> forms are presented in Appendix A. <br /> Project No.2016.0007 1 <br />
