The overgrown vegetation could pose a fire hazard, especially with summer approaching.
- Operator should maintain the vegetation at a minimum, so
that site cover inspection could easily be conducted and to
prevent surface fires from taking place which could cause a
threat to public health and safety and the environment.
X
20650 - Grading of Fill Surfaces
Comments: Ponding water observed on the top of southeast side of primary site.
- Grade the area to promote lateral runoff of water and prevent
future ponding.
- Grades shall be established to provide sufficient slopes to
account for future settlement of the fill surface.
X
21150 - Drainage / Erosion Control
Comments: Drainage at the entire facility did not appear to function as intended.
Burrow holes observed at east slope of secondary site.
- Provide adequate drainage of runoff for the entire site.
- Make necessary repairs of burrow holes and take measures to
prevent further burrowing.
(Yt$ BCt ttt7 l,.
