Grade the area to promote lateral runoff of water and prevent future ponding. <br />b. Grades shall be established to provide sufficient slopes to account for future settlement of the fill surface. <br />x <br />21150 - Drainage and Erosion Control <br />Comments: Erosion channels were observed on the west and north sides of the primary site. Continuation of AC <br />from the last inspection. <br />Burrow holes were observed on the southwest and north sides of the secondary site. <br />a. Make necessary repairs of erosion channels and take measures to prevent future waste exposure. <br />b. Make necessary repairs to the burrow holes and take measures to prevent further burrowing. <br />Ins P <br />..... <br />Notes: <br />A. The landfill gas extraction flare was operating at time of inspection. <br />B. Concentrations of gas probe measured the following for methane%: GW 4 - Shallow -0.0, Intermediate - 0.0, Deep - <br />0.4; GW 3 - Shallow - 0.0, Intermediate — 0.0, Deep — 2.3; GW 8 - 0.0 (all three probes); GW 6 - 0.0 (all three probes). <br />C. One LFG blower has been replaced, and the new blower is in operation. According to operator the remaining blower <br />will be replaced shortly. <br />D. Middle roadway has been repaired. <br />E. Vegetation was at minimum at time of inspection. <br />
