Continuation of <br />AC from the last inspection. <br />Drainage on the west side of the secondary site and on the south and southwest sides of the primary site did not <br />appear to function as intended. <br />a.Make the necessary repairs to the burrow holes and take measures to prevent further burrowing. <br />b.Provide adequate drainage of runoff for the entire site. <br />Notes: <br />A. The landfill gas extraction flare was operating at time of inspection. <br />B. Concentrations of gas probe measured the following for methane%: GW 4 - Shallow -0.0, Intermediate - 0.2, Deep - <br />0.4; GW 3 - Shallow -0.0, Intermediate — 0.0, Deep — 1.7; GW 9 - 0.0 (all three probes); GW 10 - 0.0 (all three probes). <br />C. Vegetation was at minimum at time of inspection. <br />D. Previous AC cleared. <br />
