Grade the area to promote lateral runoff of water and prevent future ponding. <br />b. Grades shall be established to provide sufficient slopes to account for future settlement of the fill surface. <br />c. Concentrations of gas probe measured the following for methane%: GW 4 - Shallow -0.0, Intermediate - 0.2, Deep - <br />0.7; GW 3 - Shallow -0.0, Intermediate — 0.0, Deep — 1.9; GW 6 - 0.0 (all three probes); GW 1 - 0.0 (all three probes). <br />C. Burrowing holes observed during last inspection have been repaired, however, small burrow holes observed at the <br />west side of the secondary site. Make necessary repairs of burrow holes and take measures to prevent further burrowing. <br />D. Cut back tall weeds/grass within area of drive paths throughout the site and around wells to prevent fire hazard from <br />vehicles. <br />
