Repair depression. <br />x <br />21150 - Drainage and Erosion Control <br />Comments: Erosion channels were observed on the northwest side of the secondary site, at the west slope of the <br />secondary site and at the east slope of the primary site. <br />P. The landfill gas extraction flare was operating at time of inspection. <br />B. Concentrations of gas probe measured the following for methane%: GW 4 - Shallow -0.0, Intermediate - 0.1, Deep - <br />0.5; GW 3 - Shallow -0.0, Intermediate — 0.1, Deep — 2.3; GW 1 - 0.0 (all three probes); GW 11 — Shallow — 0.0, <br />Intermediate — 0.4, Deep — 0.4, GW 2 — 0.0 (all three probes). Previous Violation cleared. <br />C. Burrow holes observed at the northwest side of the secondary site. Make necessary repairs of burrow holes and take <br />measures to prevent further burrowing. <br />D. The shallow probe of well GW -2 was missing a valve. Make necessary repairs. <br />E. Vegetation was at minimum at time of inspection. <br />
