This issue has been an ongoing problem. <br />a. Repair depressions at the entire landfill. <br />x <br />120820 - Drainage and Erosion Control <br />—1 <br />Comments: Burrow holes were observed on the west side of the secondary site and on the northeast side of the <br />primary site. Continuation of AC from the last inspection. <br />Erosion channels were observed on the northwest side of the secondary site. <br />a. Make the necessary repairs to the burrow holes and take measures to prevent further burrowing. <br />,b. Make necessary repairs of erosion channels and take measures to prevent future waste exposure <br />Notes: <br />A. The landfill gas extraction flare was operating at time of inspection. <br />B. Concentrations of gas probe measured the following for methane%: GW 4 - Shallow -0.0, Intermediate - 0.1, Deep - <br />0.4; GW 3 - Shallow -0.0, Intermediate – 0.6, Deep – 0.5; GW 10 - 0.0 (all three probes), GW 1 - 0.0 (all three probes); <br />GW 11 - 0.0 (all three probes). <br />C.
