Box 1810 <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 <br /> RE: Harney Lane Landfill Closure Construction, San Joaquin County, Facility 39-AA-0003 <br /> Dear Mr. Horton: <br /> California Integrated Waste Management Board (CIWMB) staff have reviewed the final cover <br /> as-built construction report and certification for the Harney Lane Landfill dated <br /> January 19, 1995. The report was submitted in accordance with Final Closure and Postclosure <br /> Maintenance Plans (Final Plans) which were approved on September 1, 1994. <br /> Based on CIWMB staff review of the report and field visits conducted during various stages <br /> of the construction, final cover construction is approved as having been completed in <br /> accordance with the approved Final Plans. The Central Valley Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board has also approved the report by memo dated January 31, 1995 (Attached). <br /> CIWMB staff are appreciative of the County's diligent work in ensuring that final closure <br /> construction is being completed as required.
