Provide adequate grading to eliminate ponding. <br /> 2.AC T 27 CCR 21150—Erosion Control—Area of erosion at west slope of secondary site at top edge of deck has not <br /> been repaired. Area of erosion at east slope of secondary site(currently covered with tarp)has not been repaired. <br /> Erosion channels at east slope of primary site has not been repaired. Operator indicated that erosion will be <br /> repaired this month. <br /> a. Make necessary repairs of erosion throughout site. <br /> 3.AC T 27 CCR 20919.5—Explosive Gas Control——Methane gas level at GW-4 deep probe measured at 2.6%by <br /> volume of air at the property boundary. <br /> a. Methane gas levels of 5%[Lower Explosive Limit(LEL)]by volume of air at the property boundary constitutes a <br /> violation. Take adequate measures to decrease gas levels at the property boundary. <br /> 4. AC T 27 CCR 20530—Site Security—Observed missing fencing(chicken wire)at east boundary. <br /> a. Replace missing fencing/chicken wire. <br /> 5. Note: Erosion incident at south slope of secondary site has been repaired. The EHD was not contacted to observed the <br /> repair. Operator indicated that the repair was done in accordance with the Corrective Action Alan dated May 3, <br /> 2006 and EHD comment letter dated June 7,2006. <br /> a. Provide to the EHD information(ie:pictures with descriptions)to verify that the repair was done in accordance <br /> with the CAP dated May 3,2006 and EHD comment letter dated June 7,2006. <br /> 6. Notes: <br /> A. During hot and dry season,cut back tall grass and weeds with-in areas of drove paths and monitoring wells <br /> throughout site to prevent fire hazards. <br /> B. Rodent bait stations in place with rodent bait installed. <br /> C. Probes at gas monitoring wells#2,3,and 4 measured less than 5 percent methane by <br /> volume of air. <br /> D.
