STATE OF CALIFORNIA California Integrated Waste <br />CIWMB 3 (Rev. 4/04) Management Board <br />INSPECTION REPORT ADDENDUM PAGE 2 OF 2 <br />AGENCY CONDUCTING INSPECTION: San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br />SITE NUMBER: 39 -AA -0003 INSPECTOR: Garrett Backus <br />SITE NAME: Harney Lane Landfill <br />INSPECTION DATE: September 13, 2006 <br />COMMENTS: <br />RECEIVED BY �9 <br />OPERATOR 4� 4 <br />A routine inspection was done on this day. <br />1) Area of Concern — T27 CCR 21180 — Postclosure Maintenance — Several rodent bait stations on the northeast perimeter <br />were buried when the road was graded. <br />Repair the bait stations and add more bait, if necessary. <br />2) Area of Concern — T27 CCR 20919.5 — Explosive Gas Control — Perimeter monitoring well GW -4 measured 2.6% and <br />3.6% methane in the shallow and middle probes, respectively. <br />3) Violation — T27 CCR 21150 — Drainage/Erosion Control — An area of erosion on the east slope of the secondary site is <br />covered with a tarp and permanent repairs have not been completed. <br />Complete the permanent repair of the area of erosion. <br />4) Area of Concern — T27 CCR 20530 — Site Security — The fence along the east perimeter needs repair. Some sections <br />consist of a single strand of barbed wire. <br />Repair the fence, using several strands of barb wire at the minimum. <br />5) Note — Perimeter gas wells GW -1, GW -2, GW -5 and GW -11 were measured and 0% methane was found in all probes. <br />INSPECTOR SIGNATURE: <br />DATE: �Dr� <br />
