The pipe is located on the east slope of the
secondary site.
Repair the pipe slope to remove the low spots in the pipe.
2) Area of Concern — T27 CCR 20919.5 — Explosive Gas Control — Perimeter landfill gas monitoring wells GW -4 and
GW -11 contained greater than or equal to 2.5% methane.
GW4: shallow probe = 2.6% methane, middle probe = 1.8% methane, deep probe = 0.0% methane.
GW41: shallow probe = 0.0% methane, middle probe = 0.0% methane, deep probe = 2.5% methane.
3) Area of Concern — T27 CCR 20530 — Site Security - The barbed wire fence in the southeast corner of the property was
down. Approximately twenty feet of the fence strands were removed from the fence posts.
Repair the fence to prevent unauthorized access to the site.
4) Note — The following perimeter landfill gas monitoring probes were measured for % methane:
ID: shallow, middle, deep probes
GW -1: 0.0%, 0.0%, 0.0%.
GW -2: 0.0%, 0.0%, 0.0%.
GW -3: 0.0%, 0.0%, 1.2%.
GW4: 2.6%, 1.8%, 0.0%.
GW -5: 0.0%, 0.0%, 0.0%.
GW -10: 0.0%, 0.0%, 0.0%.
GW -11: 0.0%, 0.0%, 2.5%.
5) Note — The landfill gas extraction flare was not operating.
INSPECTOR SIGNATURE: DATE: J S
