Appendix I of the 4th quarter/annual summary report <br /> did not include a repair certification as discussed in the report. Copies of the repair certification, field <br /> inspection logs, and additional photos documenting inspections of the closure cap repair following the <br /> December rains should be included in the Ist quarter 2006 monitoring report. It is recommended that <br /> inspection of the closure cap repair be conducted a minimum of one additional time during the I"quarter 2006, <br /> following a storm event. It is recommended this inspection be conducted within 24 hours of the storm event <br /> and should include field inspection logs noting repair area site conditions. Areas of interest include vegetative <br /> cover, drainage pattern of surface water over repair area, erosion of the repair area, and any ponding of water <br /> immediately up-slope of the repair area. Photographs documenting site conditions and areas of interest should <br /> be included with the field logs and submitted with the I st quarter 2006 monitoring report. <br />
