One trace VOC was found at MW-2, and two
compounds (one trace) was found at MW-5.
Conditions at the site are consistent with recent reports.
We continue to see impact to groundwater inorganic constituents by the wastewater
treatment ponds at the Housing Authority iterant labor housing facility; however, this impact
is apparently attenuated as the water passes under landfill property, such that water quality
within our property is higher than the water as it enters our property.
Sanitas software indicates an increasing trend for turbidity and Total Dissolved Solids (TDS)
at MW-2 and -3; however, there has been no activity on the surface that would account for
this change.
The rains in early December were severe, and we sustained some erosion in those areas
where grading required re-seeding and vegetation was not established (see photos,
attached). We repaired this erosion within days.
There was no storm water discharge to the receiving waters (drainage ditch south of the
• landfill property) this semester. Storm water is discharged by manually operating the
pumps at the retention pond, and we did not need to operate the pumps this semester.
Surface water samples were collected this semester; however, CCR Title 27 Section 20415
