San Joaquin County has no accepted sol-i-d waste management plan, but this site <br /> was established before August 18, 1974, 'therefore no finding of need <br /> and necessity from the State S-61-id-Waste Management Hoard is required. <br /> 1 . TYte permit is consistent with the State Minimum Standards in that the <br /> following conditions establish an appropriate schedule for compliance <br /> with these standards. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> A. Rgui re nts <br /> 1. The operation and design of this facility must comply with all of <br /> the waste discharge requirements issued by the California (regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board if applicable. <br /> . The operation and design of this facility„must comply with all of <br /> the State Minimum Standards for Solid Waste Handling and Disposal . <br /> 3. The operation and design of this facility must comply with all <br /> federal , state, and local requirements and enactments. <br /> . The San Joaquin Local Health District reserves the right to <br /> require additional information concerning the design and operation <br /> of this facility. <br /> B. Prohibitions: <br /> 1 . The following actions are prohibited at the facility: <br /> a. Disposal of hazardous wastes. <br /> b. Scavenging. <br /> c. Open burning. <br /> d. Disposal of dead animals. <br /> e. Residential refuse. <br /> f. Agricultural wastes. <br /> g. Sewage sludge. <br /> h. Liquids/slurries. <br /> i. Tires. <br /> C. S ecificatnions: <br /> No significant change in design or operation from that described in Iters <br /> "A" of the "FINDINGS" section is allowed, except for those changes which <br /> are required under the "CONDITIONS" portion of this permit. <br /> 2. The operator will immediately commence and thereafter maintain a log of <br /> special occurrences. <br />
