San Joaquin Local Health District San Joaquin County Page 3 of 4 <br /> California Clay Landfill Permit #39-AA-010 <br /> II. CONDITIONS : (continued) <br /> C. Specifications : <br /> 3 . All future incoming refuse shall be spread in compacted cells <br /> not to exceed a depth of approximately two (2) feet before com- <br /> paction. All incoming refuse shall be covered with 2 inches of <br /> clean cover material a minimum of every 48 hours . <br /> 4. Immediately cease all scavenging at the site. <br /> 5 . All litter and loose materials shall be routinely collected and <br /> disposed of properly. <br /> 6 . Subsurface records shall be maintained on the length and depth <br /> of any future cuts made in the natural terrain where fill will <br /> be placed. <br /> 7 . Adequate fire control measures shall be maintained at the site <br /> at all times . <br /> D. Provisions : <br /> 1. The following provisions must be met : <br /> a. Incoming records of weights and volumes to within 10% <br /> accuracy shall be instituted by the site operator by <br /> Augusrt---1-,---19-7-8-.- CC+- 1 , 0 -75 <br /> b, A location of all accurate records pertaining to the landfill <br /> operation shall be provided to the San Joaquin Local Health <br /> District by August-1,;-19-M. /C- /-, -7 It <br /> c. Adequate supervision shall be provided at the site to insure <br /> proper operation of the site in compliance with all laws , <br /> regulations or permit conditions by /0-1-11 <br /> d. Names , addresses , telephone numbers and other emergency <br /> information shall be provided at the disposal site by <br /> e. Identification signs shall be provided at each point of <br /> access to the disposal site indicating the name and address <br /> of the site operator by <br /> f. Adequate barriers around the pit area shall be provided by <br /> the operator by Augus-t- l-,— 19" ., / -/.80 <br /> g. Internal roads shall be maintained in a safe condition or <br /> maintained such that vehicle access and unloading can <br /> proceed safely during inclement weather conditions by <br /> -' <br /> h. The unloadingareashall be confined to a small enougharea <br /> at the site to provide adequate control of all wind blown <br /> materials by August 1, 1978. <br />
