Board staff have concluded that the site constitutes <br /> a possible hazard and in its current state is producing pollution. <br /> Therefore, before this site should be considered for a permit the <br /> existing problems must be properly addressed. As outline in <br /> section 45300 of the Public Resources Code (PRC) you have the <br /> authority to order the owner/operator to commence corrective action <br /> of the site.
