We are in receipt of your comments, which have been incorporated to the extent <br />possible. The main item that was not added had to-do with "unforeseeable events." In the <br />event that you are unable to comply with the time schedule, you should notify staff <br />immediately to discuss the matter. If the delay is beyond your control, then staff has the ability <br />to recommend that enforcement actions not be taken. <br />Enclosed is a copy of final C&A Order No. R5-2006-0707. The Order requires Cove <br />Contractors. Inc. and EI Dorado Property Management, Inc. to complete a number of actions <br />such that the site is closed by the end of 2006. The first report required by the C&A Order is <br />due by 15 May 2006 and is to contain an itemized cost analysis for the facility closure.
