As of the date of this letter, the Board has not received an adequate <br />response concerning the final closure design. <br />Please submit a detailed closure plan reflecting the issues of concern by I October 1996. We <br />will be drafting Waste Discharge Requirements for the closure and postclosure maintenance of the <br />facility pursuant to Title 23, California Code of Regulations, Division 3, Chapter 15. <br />If you have any questions please call me at (916) 255-3127. <br />KIM A.
