(Miller Brooks), on behalf of Cove Contractors, will be installing 2 <br />groundwater monitoring wells for the property located at 3242 South EI Dorado Street, Stockton, Ca. <br />In addition, 3 groundwater monitoring wells will be installed east of the site as indicated in the figures <br />provided. In addition to the well application package, the following information is provided as <br />attachments: <br />Check for $610 <br />Figures for on-site and off-site well installation <br />Executed agreement from Union Pacific Railroad for the installation of off-site monitoring <br />wells. <br />We have field personnel scheduled for the week of December 13th. Please let us know if any <br />additional information is needed so this may be completed as soon as possible.
