The violation for PRC 44014(b) is <br /> resolved. <br /> 3) Note—All of the trash on the ground near the 40 yard roll-off bin was cleaned up. The area of concern for T14 CCR <br /> 17867(a)(10) is resolved. <br /> 4) Note Compost windrows#47, 50 and 54 were 140°F, 136°F and 132°F, above the pathogen reduction temperature <br /> of 131°F. <br /> 5) Note-The San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District(SJVAPCD) proposed new Rule 4565 (Biosolids, Animal <br /> Manure, and Poultry Litter Operations) may impact the compost operations at this facility when manure is used as a <br /> compost feedstock.
