This condition should be removed <br /> from the permit since this Waiver of WDRs sunsetted due to Senate Bill 390 and is no longer <br /> in effect. <br /> SWFP All Page 4,LEA condition 12a states that the incoming waste amount is 50 tons per day. This is a <br /> typo. The correct value is 500 tons per day and is stated in the Report of Compost Site <br /> Information and the front page of the permit. <br /> Page 2, Section 15, "The following documents describe and/or restrict the operation of the <br /> facility."
