Also two 10,000-water <br /> tanks are available for back up. <br /> - POWER. <br /> All equipment is powered by diesel engines. A 500-gallon back up diesel <br /> tank is available on site for back up. <br /> - PERSONNEL <br /> Additional personnel trained on the compost operation are available on <br /> site. In addition, an Employment Agency is also available in case of being <br /> necessary. <br /> This Odor Impact minimization plan (OI P) has been developed to <br /> provide guidance to on-site personnel in handling, storage, and removal of <br /> compostable materials, in accordance with 14 CCR 17863.4. This OIMP will be <br /> revised as necessary to reflect any changes in the operation.
