Completed "Standardized Permit Application" form in duplicate. <br />2. Revised pages of the Report of Composting Site Information (RCSI) to <br />include information related to the number and capacity of facility equipment <br />(17863(g)), a description of provisions to handle unusual peak loadings <br />(17863(i)), and a description of the proposed method for storage and final <br />disposal of non-recoverable or non -marketable residues (178630)). Pages <br />attached to replace or be inserted in the RCSI submitted are 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, <br />and 13a. <br />3. A copy of the Notice of Determination for the Mitigated Negative Declaration <br />and a copy of the required mitigation measures issued by the City of Manteca. <br />I believe the above complete the application.
