1111 M � �01 <br />a. Improvement plans for both off-site and on-site improvements shall be submitted fq:j <br />review and approval by the District's Board of Directors. The improvement plans sh <br />provide specific detail for proposed drainage and other such improvements that m <br />affect District facilities and operations. I <br />b. A retainer to cover District costs relative to plan review and inspections must be submitted <br />with the improvement plan, in accordance with District policy. <br />C. The applicant shall obtain an encroachment agreement from the District for any proposed <br />encroachment within District easements. <br />d. The applicant shall remove any service or drainage structure that may still exist within the <br />improved site. <br />a.
