UP -95-8 OF HAROLD ROUSE (C/O WEAVER <br />INDUSTRIES) (SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT 4) <br />----------------------------------------------------------------- <br />At the request of the applicant, the Community Development <br />Department has amended recommended Conditions of Approval 1.m.(4) <br />and 1.m.(8). Also at the request of the applicant, the City of <br />Manteca has amended its response for this application. <br />Accordingly, it is recommended that Conditions of Approval 1.m. (4), <br />1.m.(8) and 4.a. be revised to read as follows: <br />1. Community Development Department (Contact Person: Chandler <br />Martin, 468-3190) <br />M. BUILDING CODE: The following Uniform Building Code and San <br />Joaquin County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and <br />shall be incorporated in the construction plans before <br />submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br />(4) The lower level shall be limited to storage of low hazard <br />products. This space shall not be a place of human <br />habitation, or a place for employees to process, treat or <br />package products, and shall not be accessible to the <br />general public. <br />(8) Building "GI shall be remodeled for use or demolished <br />within 18 (eighteen) months from approval of this <br />application. Prior to occupying the site, the subject <br />building shall be inspected by the Building Inspection <br />Division to insure there are no immediate hazards and be <br />adequately secured. <br />
