0 , <br />OPERATIONAL STATEMENT <br />':. <br />We anticipate that we may empioyeQ-§:i eo le at the site. We will initially use a <br />mobile office trailer which will comply with local regula—t­io-n-s--Wwill either have a live <br />on site caretaker or hire a security guard to have a 24 hour representation for any <br />concerns which would develop. <br />Our processing equipment will not be an issue in regards to noise. Our largest <br />grinder will not surpass (50) decibels at any property line. <br />In regards to traffic we anticipate that the facility will handle up to 10o tripstday. The <br />site and its location is well designed to handle this traffic load. <br />In regards to permits our operation is exempt use from the California Integrated <br />Waste Board. In addition all of our processing machinery is portable and have permits <br />from the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District. Should any local permits <br />licensing become necessary we will obtain as needed. or <br />Finally the site will be completely fenced. Our project will not require any special <br />Public services or facilities. Likewise there are no archaeological or historical sites <br />located on this property. The phase I Environmental report had displayed some <br />suspicions which will be checked out and properly handled before Weaver's will <br />engage a contract with the owner. <br />
