Title Section 9-505.7[fl) <br />(2) A minimum of 25 parking spaces shall be provided, including one space for the <br />physically disabled (one space is required for every employee; one space is <br />required for every customer). (Development Ttle Section 9-1015.3) <br />(3) One bicycle parking rack or storage device is required for every 20 parking <br />spaces. (Development Title Section 9-1015.7) <br />9. LOADING: Six loading spaces shall be provided. Each space shall be a minimum of 25 <br />feet in length and IS feet in width and shall have a minimum height clearance of 14 feet. <br />On-site driveways and maneuvering areas may be used in lieu of one of the loading <br />spaces as long as maneuvering areas for delivery vehicles are provided. (Development <br />Title Section 9-1015.6) <br />h. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br />(1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security fighting shg� <br />be installed. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) i <br />(2) Any fighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spilloerre. <br />- <br />beyond the.property lines shallbe permitted except onto public thoroughfare <br />I <br />provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorist <br />(Development Ttle Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br />LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and. comply with the following: <br />(1) A minimum ten -foot -wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way <br />width of Louise Avenue, shall be installed across the frontage of the project site <br />prior to issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy. (Development Title Section 9- <br />1020.9) <br />(2) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor <br />storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. (Development <br />Title Section 9-1020.9) <br />(3) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from <br />traffic and kept mowed and dust free. (Development Title Section 9-1020.9) <br />(4) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.6 of the <br />Development Title. The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five <br />percent of landscaping within the perimeter of the parking area, not including <br />landscaping along the street frontage. Three trees shall be planted and evenly <br />spaced throughout the parking lot. A five -foot -wide planting strip is required in <br />the parking lot along the property lines. (Development Title Section 9-1020.6) <br />SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br />(1) All storage materials and related activities, including trash bins, shall be enclosed <br />by a screen six to eight feet in height.
