A retainer to cover District costs relative to plan review and inspections must be submitted <br />with the improvement plan, in accordance with District policy. <br />C. The applicant shall obtain an encroachment agreement from the District for any proposed <br />encroachment within District easements. <br />d. The applicant shall remove any service or drainage structure that may still exist within the <br />improved site. <br />e.
