This site is located on the <br />north side of Louise Ave., 1470 feet west of Airport Way, north of <br />Manteca. <br />The Community Development Department has reviewed this item and <br />offers the following comments: <br />Before this item can be heard by the Planning Commission! the Plan <br />shall be revised as follows: <br />1. Show specific outdoor storage areas: <br />a. Show what will be stored in those areas (e.g. soil <br />amendment, biomass fuel, mulch, animal bedding, wood <br />chips, sand) <br />b. Indicate the nature of the storage area. (e.g. bins, <br />concrete slabs, compacted soil, tarps, windrows) <br />C. Show how those areas will be screened. If plants are <br />used for screening, show type of plant and spacing (i.e. <br />5 -gal. privet, 41 o.c.). <br />2. Show where each proposed use will occur. Be as specific as <br />possible as to the type of use (e.g. receiving, waste removal, <br />cutting, grinding, shredding, conveying, sorting, storage, <br />packaging, loading, office, breakroom). <br />3. Show the use for each building. (Buildings b, c, and g are <br />not identified as to use. Where will the vermiculture occur?) <br />
