APPROVED USE: This approval is f or recycling of wood and <br />green waste products, worm f arming and the growing of <br />wholesale specimen nursery stock as shown on the Plan <br />submitted June 25, 1995. <br />C . BUSINESS LICENSE: The applicant shall secure an approved <br />Business License prior to the initiation of the use. The <br />Business License can be obtained concurrent with the <br />building permit application. (Section 7-1000 of the <br />County Ordinance Code) <br />d. USE RESTRICTIONS: Nursery activities and worm f armin* <br />may occur outdoors. All other uses shall occur withil <br />buildings. (Development Title Section 9-500.1(c]) i <br />e PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply <br />with the following: <br />(1) All automobile parking spaces and all major <br />circulation drive lanes (automobile and truck) <br />shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with a <br />minimum of two (2) inches of asphalt concrete over <br />an appropriate base. Bumper guards 'shall be <br />provided when necessary to protect adjacent <br />structures or properties. All other areas that are <br />used f or vehicular traf f ic shall be surf aced and <br />permanently maintained with a chip seal. Gravel <br />may be used for trailer storage areas. These <br />improvements shall be constructed prior to the <br />initiation of the use or prior to the issuance of <br />the Certificate of Occupancy, whichever comes <br />first. (Development Title Section 9-505.7[f]) <br />(2) A minimum of 2S parking spaces shall be provided, <br />including one space f or the Physically disabled. <br />(one space is required f or every employee. One <br />space is required for every customer.) <br />(Development Title Section 9-1015.3) <br />(3) One bicycle parking rack or storage device is <br />required for every 20 parking spaces. (Development <br />Title Section 9-1015.7) <br />f. LOADING: Six loading spaces shall be provided. Each <br />space shall be a minimum of 25 feet in length and 15 feet <br />in width, and shall have a minimum height clearance of 14 <br />
