Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-11 ) of the San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, indicating that the area i suitable for a septic tank <br /> system must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of <br /> $156.00 is required at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage <br /> standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that <br /> meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E A. <br /> Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal sy m <br /> required for each parcel. A permit fee of $78.00 per percolati h <br /> required. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical <br /> dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. <br /> Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory. (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1115.7) <br /> C. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of employees <br /> the sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will <br /> be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on or used as a storage area. <br /> This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot <br /> contain any underground utility lines.
