There was no active composting at the time of the inspection. <br /> 2. A call was received on 8/14/12 from the owner, Norm Nilsen, stating that the manure and litter from the turkey <br /> houses was removed and placed in the same area as in previous years (on site field adjacent to the turkey <br /> houses). Mr. Nilsen also said that the manure would be removed soon and trucked to an organic tomato farmer <br /> for fertilizer. <br /> 3. No manure was observed on site. According to Manuel, rancher on site,the manure was already removed. <br />
