Box 335 <br /> Wilton, CA 95693 <br /> Subject: 17200 E. Liberty Road, Galt, CA (APN 021-110-15) <br /> A complaint was received by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)that <br /> alleges that the above property has solid waste that has been disposed of in a small pond near the south <br /> property line. A site visit conducted on, June 1, 2017, revealed the waste was being disposed of in a <br /> small pond. This is a violation of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code: <br /> 1. Title 5, Chapter 4, Section 5-2400; Accumulation of refuse, waste, and filth is prohibited <br /> 2. Title 5, Chapter 4, Section 5-2403; Frequency of Service <br /> It is also a violation of Title 14 California Code of Regulation(T14 CCR): <br /> 1. T14CCR, Section 17312; Container required <br /> 2. T14CCR, Section 17331; Frequency of removal <br /> According to the Public Resources Code (PRC), Section 45000, 45005, and 45011,the EHD has the <br /> authority to: issue an administrative order requiring the owner or operator of a solid waste facility or <br /> disposal site to take corrective action as necessary to abate a nuisance, cease and desist any improper <br /> action, and establish a time schedule according to which the facility or disposal site shall be brought <br /> into compliance. <br /> Within 30 days of receipt of this notice, remove all unauthorized solid waste from this location to an <br /> approved disposal site or an authorized recycling facility.
