Facility incoming and outgoing sheetrock records were inspected for tonnage counts. Tonnage is kept less than 25 <br /> tons per day in compliance with EA notification requirements. Facility tonnage through September 18, 2015 show 256.24 <br /> tons of sheetrock was received for an average of 29.79 tons per month. <br /> 2.) No sheetrock has been removed since the previous inspection <br /> 3.)According to facility records, there are currently 183.45 tons of sheetrock onsite. The sheetrock is now stored in one <br /> pile on the southwest side of the facility. <br /> 4.) Previous violation given for not having a special occurrence log has been corrected. Special occurrence log was <br /> onsite and available for review. <br /> 5.) Previous violation given for not maintaining the internal temperature of onsite materials below 122 degrees Fahrenheit <br /> has been corrected. Facility has provided training to employees regarding this issue. All piles of material onsite had <br /> internal temperatures below 122 degrees Fahrenheit. <br />
