The operator shall maintain a daily log book or file of special occurrences encountered during operations and <br /> methods used to resolve problems arising from these events, including details of all incidents that required <br /> implementing emergency procedures. Special occurrences shall include but are not limited to:fires, injury and <br /> property damage, accidents, explosions, receipt or rejection of prohibited wastes, lack of sufficient number of <br /> personnel pursuant to section 17410.2,flooding, earthquake damage and other unusual occurrences. In addition, <br /> the operator shall notify the EA by telephone within 24 hours of all incidents requiring the implementation of <br /> emergency procedures, unless the EA determines that a less immediate form of notification will be sufficient to <br /> protect public health and safety and the environment. <br /> B. Begin maintaining a daily log book documenting whether or not a special occurrence was encountered during <br /> operations. If a special occurrence is encountered, document methods used to resolve problems arising from <br /> these events. If no special occurrence is encountered, document that no special occurrence was encountered <br /> for each operating day. <br /> inspection,Report <br /> „x <br /> Notes: <br /> 1.) Facility incoming and outgoing sheetrock records were inspected for tonnage counts. Tonnage is kept less than 25 <br /> tons per day in compliance with EA notification requirements. Facility tonnage records through March 23, 2015 show <br /> 50.43 tons of sheetrock was received for an average of 19.55 tons per month. <br /> 2.) Facility has not had any sheetrock removed since November 14, 2014. <br /> 3.)There is a pile of sheetrock stored at the south end of facility. According to the facility this pile contains approximately <br /> 60 tons of sheetrock. <br /> 4.)There is a pile of sheetrock stored being stored on the north side of the facility. According to the facility this pile <br /> contains approximately 20 tons of sheetrock. <br /> 5.) Records of temperatures taken of the organic material onsite were reviewed. Temperatures did not exceed dangerous <br /> fire levels. <br />
