Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall be <br /> submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable for septic <br /> system usage. The studies must be approved by the Environmental Health Department prior to <br /> issuance of building permit(s). (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A <br /> review fee of$695 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the onsite sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic <br /> tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is <br /> ,required for each parcel.A permit fee of$139 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under pennft and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study findings(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.3 &9-1110.4). <br /> C. Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br /> D. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The Environmental <br /> Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br /> E. Facility may have no more than 12,500 cubic yards of feedstock, chipped and ground material, <br /> 1, amendments, additives, active compost, and stabilized compost on-site at any one time. <br /> gr <br /> F. Facility must develop and follow an Odor Impact Management Plan. <br />
