X <br /> The project is located within the City of Lodi service area and is equipped with full <br /> services. <br /> Current levels of City Fire and Police coverage in the area are adequate, and the <br /> proposed project expansion will not pose a need for additional manpower or equipment <br /> in these departments. <br /> Due to the increase in public and private trucks delivering refuse to the site, additional <br /> litter on city streets may be created. This will be mitigated by the operator by informing <br /> the drivers of the incoming vehicles that the loads must be covered or secured to prevent <br /> littering the area. All transfer truck loads from the station to the landfill are covered to <br /> prevent litter. <br /> Maybe No <br /> 15. Energy. Will the proposal result in: <br /> a. Use of substantial amounts of <br /> fuel or energy? X <br /> b.
