REIMCHE City Clerk BOB McNATT City Attorney RE: Use Permit U 91-15 Final Environmental Impact Report Expand Solid Waste Transfer Station 1333 East Turner Road At its meeting of Monday, June 24, 1991 the Lodi City Planning Commission conditionally approved the request of California Waste Removal Systems, Inc. (CWRS) for a Use Permit to expand an existing solid waste transfer station and resource recovery facility located at 1333 East Turner Road in an area zoned M-2, Heavy Industrial. The Planning Commission's approval is subject to the following conditions: 1. that the Lodi Public Works Department's concerns about wastewater and drainage, outlined in a memorandum of September 19, 1990 be addressed; and 2. that the project pay the traffic mitigation fees presently under consideration by the City Council. In a related item the Planning Commission certified the Final Environmental Impact Report, including the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Plan, as adequate environmental documentation for this project.
